At Purnima Regency, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for our guests.

Return Policy

As hotel room reservations constitute hospitality services and not physical products, returns are not applicable.

Guests may, however, cancel their reservation and request a refund in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy described below.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time.

Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time shall not be eligible for any refund.

Refund Eligibility

A guest shall be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Reservation cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time.

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

  • Payment deducted but booking not confirmed due to a system or technical issue.

  • Booking could not be honored by the hotel due to operational reasons.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be provided in the following situations:

  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time.

  • Guest fails to check in on the reserved date (No-Show).

  • Early departure after check-in.

  • Violation of hotel policies resulting in denial of accommodation.

  • Incorrect booking details submitted by the guest.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds shall be initiated within 5 business days from the date of approval.

The refunded amount may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to reflect in the customer’s original payment method, depending upon the payment gateway, card issuer, UPI provider, bank, or financial institution.

Service Delivery

Upon successful payment and room availability confirmation, guests will receive a booking confirmation via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels.
